As the lower class is dressed in more cloth and cheap looking clothes and unfinished hair styles and little makeup. The lighting gives a feel of a gloomy event as it dims towards the end of the boat sinking.

The lighting in the show uses bright lighting to show a happier mood and eventful parties that often occur. The staging and camera movements allow for Mise en scene because it zooms in and out to show dramatics and expressions.

The makeup is simple to represent a teenage look for most to make a believable scene. The lighting has a cozy and lighter feel to allow the audience to set the mood in a cold and inviting area.
